The Andeavor refinery has been operating in Anacortes for 63 years and continues to be an integral member of the community. In addition to employing 425 full-time employees with an emphasis on process safety, Andeavor makes an effort to support the Anacortes community through charitable investments in many local non-profits, including: The Boys & Girls Club of Skagit County, local American Red Cross, Skagit County middle schools, local area Senior Centers, and sponsorship of the annual Andeavor March Point Run benefiting the United Way of Skagit County.
Located about 70 miles north of Seattle on the picturesque Puget Sound, the Anacortes Refinery has a total crude oil capacity of 120,000 barrels per day (bpd). The refinery primarily supplies gasoline, jet fuel and diesel fuel to markets in Washington and Oregon, and manufactures heavy fuel oils, liquefied petroleum gas, and asphalt.
The facility utilizes its marine terminal to deliver refined products, including CARB gasoline, to ships and barges. Additionally, Andeavor operates refined products terminals at Anacortes, Port Angeles and Vancouver, Wash.
